Are your dpf cleaning services available for all diesel vehicles of all makes and models?
Yes, our dpf cleaning services cater to all diesel vehicles small, medium and large both on road and off road, regardless of make or model as long as they are diesel. Our experienced team can address various issues.
 

What is the turnaround time for cleaning of my dpf filter?
Generally speaking the turnaround is 24-48 hours depending upon the day, time and schedule.  The busier we are the further out the turnaround time is.  Most filters can be turned around in 24 hours as long as we receive it before 2 p.m. and it is not excessively dirty where we have to run it through our process twice - in those cases it extends the time of turnaround.
 

How good is the cleaning?
The cleaning is as good as the stage you select.  Our Stage IV proprietary process is the absolute best and has been tested thousands of times and has been proven to bring the filter to within 97% of most OEM filters.  We provide a flow chart as well as 1 year warranty for this service.  When using the lower stages the results vary depending upon the extend of the filters capacity and level of soot and ash at the time of cleaning.  
 

Unitized filters do require welding, do you have a professional welder on site?
Yes, we offer welding and fabrication services.  We do full service so we are able to perform the full service of cleaning and welding the filter back to OEM specs once the filter has been cleaning.
